Steel Wire – Steel Cord – Cord Fabric

We supply high-strength steel wire (hose wire), steel cord, and cord fabric used in the rubber and tire industry. These reinforcement materials enhance the mechanical strength of rubber structures, provide resistance to high pressure and impact, and ensure long-lasting performance.

Steel Wire (Hose Wire)

Manufactured from fine-diameter, high-carbon steel.

Brass coating ensures excellent adhesion between steel and rubber.

Diameter range: 0.20 mm – 0.80 mm

High tensile strength (>2750 MPa)

Resistance to pressure and impact

Prevents hose collapse under vacuum

Long service life under abrasion and elevated temperatures

Steel Cord

Steel cord is produced by twisting multiple steel filaments together in specific constructions. With brass-coated surfaces, it provides superior reinforcement performance in rubber applications.

Tensile Strength: 2750 – 3000 MPa

Low elongation (≤ 0.25%)

Excellent rubber-to-metal adhesion due to brass coating

Low hysteresis: reduced rolling resistance and fuel savings

Dimensional stability under high loads

High fatigue resistance

Improves tire durability and safety

Brass (copper–zinc) coating used on steel wire and steel cord forms a strong chemical bond with rubber compounds, enhancing adhesion, preventing delamination, increasing fatigue life, and ensuring safety at high speeds and temperatures.

Cord Fabric

Technical fabrics woven from nylon, polyester, or aramid fibers. These fabrics are rubber-coatable and provide high tensile strength, flexibility, low weight, and resistance to tearing and impact.
